MEET THE TRAINER

My name is Enrico. As a passionate fitness guru, I have dedicated my life to helping people grow healthier and stronger in life. My training method is to built around unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, with the aim of transforming bodies while enriching lifestyles.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I know that modern life can be jam-packed, making it hard to prioritize fitness. I offer specialized exercise programs that will accommodate your busy schedule, while allowing you to meet all of your fitness goals. Your health and fitness is my top priority. Check out the different ways in which I can help you get in shape.

PLYOMETRICS TRAINING

This particular form of exercise is one of our most desirable and effective platform to use getting the most results. Clients who are advocate in fitness would benefit tremendously while increase all health functionality.  

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps.

SOCCER TRAINING

Enrico is an avid soccer player, who runs a camp called E-Soccer for Kids. Every year Enrico teaches 100’s of children and adults the basics and advanced tenets of pro Soccer. 

 

INTERVAL TRAINING

Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity.

CARDIO FITNESS

Whether you’re training to lose weight or build strength, our Cardio Fitness programs will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

This specific plan Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.
